13Non-foaming alkaline degreaser. The high concentration of active ingredients such as functional non-foaming surfactants, wetting and binding agents and deposit-preventing and alkaline agents make it particularly effective for the solubilization, saponification and removal of dirt. Animal and vegetable fats typical of the food chain (meat, fish, canning, dairy) are efficiently removed. Low-foaming and unscented, this product is best used with pressure washers and floor cleaning machines in locations subject to HACCP plans, although it is not a sanitizer.
