Concentrated alkaline degreaser designed to remove vegetable/animal fat residues and mineral oils from hard surfaces. This product was developed to provide an effective solution to the problems of removing combined organic and inorganic or stubborn dirt often encountered in the food industry, especially in slaughterhouses, and in industrial plants responsible for the production and processing of fish, dairy, confectionery, oil, pasta and poultry. It can be used across all hard surfaces and elsewhere, with a formulation containing functional active ingredients which make it suited to a range of specific uses. This product is ideal for the implementation of HACCP plans, although it is not a sanitizer. Rinsing is required after use.
