Concentrated alkaline cleaner with degreasing action for the food industry. Ideal for cleaning grease, dirt and waste from equipment and hard surfaces in the meat and fish processing, beverage, dairy and confectionery industries. The high content of surfactants helps to emulsify, saponify and remove organic and inorganic dirt; free from solvents and containing special corrosion inhibitors, the product can be used on all washable surfaces made from materials such as steel, iron, aluminium and plastic. Unperfumed and easily rinsed with water, it meets the requirements of H.A.C.C.P. plans.
