 Thirty-two years. We exist for thirty years! They have passed so quickly! So much has happened ... How many changes. One day I'd leave a memory, a trace of my experience to those after me who will take my place. Who knows who they will? I would have much to tell. I am not born as entrepreneur, I have become. With hard work, perseverance and determination. Only in the last months, I realized what I did and I'm doing for me and my company. Before, everything seemed so obvious ... I actually understood that there is very little for granted. Thirty-two years ago, someone would not bet a dime on me. But I did it: I am still here despite all the difficulties, which have very tempered my character, already strong by nature. It is a constant sacrifice, every day. This work does not allow you to give up: you must be honest, tolerant, creative, helpful, efficient, innovative and above all, determined. I understood that you must have a proper and well-defined corporate identity and above all, you have to give value to your work. And I discovered that ... when you learn to believe in yourself, things often become easier. Thanks to all the people who, in these thirty long years, still place their trust in Italchimes.
